Founder and owner of Elen Communications, Erica Antonneau partners with brands, organizations, and founders in motion during seasons of growth, transition, and momentum.
She brings experience across brand positioning, media relations, executive thought leadership, partnerships, event strategy, and growth-focused storytelling, with industry depth spanning luxury travel and hospitality, lifestyle, nonprofit, food and beverage, and consumer brands.
Prior to founding Elen Communications, Erica led in-house public relations initiatives at Simple Modern, a leading omnichannel consumer brand with retail presence on Amazon and in Target, Sam’s Club, and Walmart.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Erica’s career has taken her across markets, including Los Angeles, Dallas, Oklahoma City, and Houston, with agency experience supporting brands and organizations nationwide.
Today, she works closely with a select group of clients seeking a thoughtful, strategic partner to help them navigate growth, elevate visibility, and create lasting momentum.
